In 1954, Konstantinos I. Klavdianos, a young civil engineer from E.M.P. Polytechnic University of Athens designed and developed his first project, the five story residential building on Dionisiou Areopagitou and Frinihou Street, in the centre of Athens.
Since then we have erected more then 200 buildings, mostly residential but also commercial, theaters, schools, garages etc. We have grown substantially and with the knowledge and experience of fifty-four years of continuous presence in the construction field, we are in a position, either acting by ourselvs or in collaboration with our partners, to undertake any building project anywhere in Greece.
At present we have three projects under construction: a two storey residential building in Vouliagmeni, one of Athens's greenest suberbs, and two seven storey residential buildings in Kypseli, one of the city's central neighboorhoods.
We are always searching for land suitable for development either for residential or comercial buildings. |
